Two Ways to Build, One Great Signature
We know everyone works differently. Some of you love dragging blocks around and picking from templates. Others prefer typing and formatting in a classic editor. So we built both.
Our signature builder now lets you switch between Visual mode and Text mode with one click. Pick the one that fits your style, or use both depending on the day. Your signature stays the same either way.
Visual Mode: Templates and Drag-and-Drop
In Visual mode you get a full design canvas. Start with a template (we have 14 of them, from Minimal to Corporate Blue to Executive Dark) or build from scratch. Add your name, photo, title, logo, social buttons, whatever you need. Drag elements around. Resize and tweak. The canvas shows you exactly what you'll get, so no surprises when it hits your campaign emails.
Templates give you a head start. One click loads a complete layout. Swap in your details. Done. If you've been using the old text editor and miss that simplicity, just flip the switch.
Text Mode: The Editor You Know
Text mode uses a rich text editor. Bold, italic, links, images, lists. If you've used Word or Google Docs or any other editor, you already know how this works. Paste in existing HTML if you have it. Type and format. No learning curve.
We added this because a few of you asked for it. You had signatures you'd built elsewhere, or you just prefer editing HTML-ish content directly. Now you can.
Switch Anytime
The toggle sits at the top of the builder. Visual to Text, Text to Visual. When you switch to Text, we strip out the builder metadata and show you the raw content. Edit it. Switch back to Visual and we parse it into blocks. Your data carries over. Nothing gets lost.
So you can start with a template in Visual, tweak something in Text, and jump back. Or the opposite. Whatever makes sense for what you're doing.

What Works in Both Modes
Preview and Save work the same either way. Click Preview to see your signature as it'll appear in campaign emails. Save stores it. The signature gets appended to your outreach automatically when you have that option turned on.
Images work in both modes. In Visual you upload or paste URLs. In Text you use the image button in the toolbar. Logos, headshots, whatever you need.
Where to Find It
Dashboard, Settings, Email Signature. Or go straight to the URL if you have it bookmarked. The switch is right there at the top. Give both modes a spin and see which one you prefer. Or use both. We're not picky.
