Live Status, Real Transparency
We've launched a new monitoring system and a public status page at status.pressreacher.com. You can check the health of PressReacher anytime, without logging in.
What We Monitor
Our status page tracks the main services that power your PR outreach:
- Main Website: pressreacher.com availability
- Database: Core data and monitoring storage
- Recent Crashes: Error counts from the last 24 hours, grouped by area (Email, AI, and more)
- AI Services: Discover, journalist search, and related features
- Email: Email hunter and campaign sending
How We Handle Errors
When something goes wrong, we capture it. Every crash is logged with:
- Error message and stack trace
- Route or feature where it occurred
- Severity level
- Timestamp and context
Our team can drill down, resolve issues, and mark them as fixed. The status page reflects this in real time.
Status Levels
Green means Operational. Yellow means Degraded (some issues, but the system is still usable). Red means Down (a service is not responding).
When issues are reported, we list the affected services so you know exactly what is impacted.
Crash Reports and Resolution
Crashes are grouped by section (Email, AI, Other) so we can spot patterns fast. If the Email section shows multiple crashes, we focus there. If AI services spike, we dig into that.
We track unresolved crashes from the last 24 hours. Once an issue is fixed and checks pass again, the status updates automatically. The page auto-refreshes every 60 seconds so you always see the latest state.
Why This Matters for You
Before, if something broke, you might not know whether it was us or something on your side. Now you can:
- Check the status page before starting a campaign
- See at a glance if a slow response is a known issue
- Trust that we are proactively monitoring and fixing problems
What Happens Behind the Scenes
Our monitoring runs continuous checks on each service. If a check fails (timeout, connection error, or bad response), we mark that service as degraded or down. Crash counts are pulled from our error logs and grouped by feature area.
We do not expose internal system details or sensitive data. The status page is designed to give you clear, actionable information without technical clutter.
If you ever notice something off and the status page shows green, reach out to us. We take reliability seriously and want to fix issues before they become problems.
