  • • Annual subscriptions are billed in advance each year
  • • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • • Update payment information as needed to maintain service
  • • Authorize automatic charges for recurring subscriptions
  • • Accept responsibility for all charges made to your payment method

6. Subscription Management

You may manage your subscription through your account dashboard:

  • • Update payment methods and billing information
  • • View billing history and invoices
  • • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • • Access remains active until the end of your current billing period

7. Failed Payments and Suspension

If payment for your subscription fails:

  • • Your account may be suspended after repeated failures
  • • You can reactivate by updating your payment method
  • • We reserve the right to terminate accounts with chronic payment issues

8. Refunds and Cancellations

12. Disclaimer

PressReacher makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PressReacher or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use PressReacher, even if PressReacher or a PressReacher authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Modifications

PressReacher may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Material changes to billing terms will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice.
