Sophie Medlin

Sophie Medlin is a UK-based registered dietitian with over 16 years of experience, specializing in gastrointestinal health, brain nutrition, and evidence-based dietary advice. She began her career in NHS hospitals, focusing on colorectal surgery nutritional support, before transitioning to academia as a lecturer at King's College London. In 2019, she founded City Dietitians, a consultancy providing clinical care and food industry advisory services.
