Robert Hicks is a seasoned journalist and digital strategist with over a decade of experience in health and fitness media. Currently serving as Head of Digital Strategy at Women’s Health UK & Men’s Health UK since November 2024, he previously held roles as Multiplatform Director (2023-2024) and Executive Editor (2020-2023) at Men’s Health UK. His career began in 2009 as Health and Fitness Deputy Editor at Cycling Weekly, where he developed expertise in endurance sports and wellness. A Sport Science graduate, Hicks has authored three fitness books published by Bloomsbury and produced impactful documentaries like *Britain’s Steroid Epidemic* and *The Faces of Attempted Suicide*.
