Rebecca Jane Hill

Rebecca Jane Hill is the Senior Fashion Editor at Cosmopolitan UK, appointed in April 2025 where she leads all fashion content across print and digital platforms. Previously, she served as Fashion Editor at Drapers and worked extensively as a freelance journalist contributing to Vogue, ELLE, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Refinery29, Stylist, Glamour, and The Face. In 2012, she founded Sister Magazine—a feminist fashion and culture publication that produced 12 globally distributed print issues before closing in 2023. Hill also holds an associate lecturer position at London College of Fashion since 2018, teaching Fashion Journalism, and has collaborated with brands like Dr Martens, Gucci, and Calvin Klein on creative direction and strategy. Her work emphasizes emerging designers and sustainable fashion, particularly through second-hand shopping advocacy.
