Rebecca Britt, MA, serves as Director of Communications and Impact at the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health (PCMMH), where she leads strategic communication of research and policy initiatives. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and background as a social worker, she brings firsthand understanding of systemic healthcare challenges to her role. Britt joined PCMMH after spearheading the organization's strategic planning, aligning goals with evaluative processes to optimize programs. She holds a Master’s in Program Evaluation and certification in Results-Based Accountability, which she applies to projects like developing county-level data on maternal mental health provider shortages and creating state report cards. Her work focuses on translating complex research into actionable resources for policymakers, driving systems-level change in maternal mental healthcare access and equity.
