Linda Geddes

Linda Geddes is an award-winning British science journalist specializing in biology, medicine, and technology. She holds a first-class degree in Cell Biology from Liverpool University and has over 15 years of experience in science journalism. Her career includes nine years at New Scientist magazine as a news editor, features editor, and reporter, followed by freelance contributions to BBC Future, Nature, and The Guardian. She became a full-time science correspondent at The Guardian during the COVID-19 pandemic, covering critical health and scientific developments. Geddes is known for investigative reporting, myth-busting narratives, and interdisciplinary storytelling.
