Lara Rodwell

Lara Rodwell is a London-based mental health journalist and content creator specializing in Gen Z and Millennial loneliness. She holds a 1st Class MA in Arts and Lifestyle Journalism from University of the Arts London and a Fine Art BA from Falmouth University. After a personal loss in 2020, she published a guided grief journal and transitioned into journalism. Her work has appeared in Metro UK, The Guardian, Stylist+, Dazed Digital, and Business Insider, alongside contributions to mental health charities like West Sussex Mind. In 2023, she founded 'The Lonely Club' to address young adult isolation through digital community building.
