She previously served as Executive Producer at Fork in the Road Media (2017-2022), creating branded content for tourism boards and hospitality brands like Visit Sweden and Waldorf Astoria. As a Contributing Editor for Condé Nast Traveler (2016-2022), she developed city guides and digital campaigns. Her culinary background includes roles as Food Editor for Angeleno Magazine and LAist.com, alongside judging on Esquire Network’s 'Knife Fight.' Simmons directed the Emmy-nominated PBS docuseries 'The Migrant Kitchen' and produced the 'Fork in the Road' podcast for Spotify.
