Kate Stewart

Katherine Stewart is an investigative journalist and author specializing in religious nationalism, church-state separation, and threats to democracy. She began her career under investigative reporter Wayne Barrett at The Village Voice and has since become a prominent voice through her op-eds in The New York Times (contributing over 20 columns since 2011) and publications like The Guardian and The Atlantic.
