Fiona Harvey is an award-winning environmental journalist with The Guardian, where she has served as environment editor since 2004 following a decade at the Financial Times. A Cambridge University English literature graduate (Christ's College, 1993), she began her career in technology journalism editing PC Week and launching Internet World magazine before transitioning to environmental reporting. Harvey has covered every major environmental issue including climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution, reporting from locations ranging from the Arctic to the Amazon. She holds the distinction of attending nearly every UN Climate Change Conference since 2004 and has interviewed world leaders including António Guterres, Tony Blair, and Sir David Attenborough.
