David Hilton

David Hilton is a renewables and ventilation specialist with over 35 years of industry experience. As director of Heat and Energy Ltd, he designs and manages heating/ventilation systems for energy-efficient homes. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture and grew up in the renewable energy sector through his family's solar manufacturing business in South Africa (established 1979). A long-standing contributor to Homebuilding & Renovating, he regularly speaks at industry events and authors technical content on sustainable building practices.
