Claudia Canavan

Claudia Canavan graduated with a BA in Religions and Theology from the University of Manchester in 2012. She later completed a master's in magazine journalism at City University. Her career includes roles at Esquire, Red, and HuffPost UK, where she founded the site's sustainable living section. Currently, she serves as Health + Wellness Director at Women's Health and Men's Health (Hearst UK), where she commissions, edits, and writes on topics spanning mental health, psychedelic research, unconventional relationships, and life-stage wellness. She regularly hosts panel discussions and provides expert commentary for national radio.
