With a background in design and retail strategy, McIntosh's career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as working for Jurlique, a pioneering biodynamic skincare brand in Australia, where she gained expertise in product formulation and ingredient analysis. Her personal experience with a stage 3 cancer diagnosis at age 45 catalyzed her commitment to clean beauty, leading her to rigorously research toxin-free alternatives. This journey, combined with her 20+ years of experience in business setup and retail design, culminated in the 2024 launch of Found Clean Beauty alongside longtime friend Zoe Bulgin.
