Carly Silva

Carly Silva is a Boston-based journalist who began her career at OK! Magazine as a freelance writer in May 2021 before transitioning to a full-time role in September 2021. She holds a double major in Writing, Editing, and Publishing and Communications from Emmanuel College, where she also minored in American Studies and served as Editor-in-Chief of Her Campus Emmanuel. Her academic work included a senior distinction project analyzing the psychological effects of romantic media portrayals. At OK! Magazine, Silva covered breaking celebrity news, reality TV updates, and high-profile entertainment stories, including exclusive coverage of Kardashian family developments and celebrity pregnancy announcements. She later expanded her career as a multimedia producer and writer for Parade Magazine, continuing her focus on entertainment journalism.
